Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to be confident in your WKD purchase.
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
To start a return, email hello@wkdscrubs.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’ll exchange your item when inventory is available. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund after inspecting the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept items that have been:
- Worn
- Washed
- Altered
- Damaged
- Returned without original tags
Custom embroidery orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or believe your product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
