Returns
We want you to be confident in your WKD purchase.
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
To start a return, email hello@wkdscrubs.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll exchange your item when inventory is available. If your requested size is unavailable, we'll issue a refund after inspecting the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept items that have been:
- Worn
- Washed
- Altered
- Damaged
- Returned without original tags
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong item or believe your product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
