What makes your fabric different from regular scrubs?

We build our scrubs using authentic, imported Aerosilver™ patented yarn from South Korea. Unlike cheap scrubs that use a temporary chemical spray, our antimicrobial silver technology is permanently melted directly into the fabric fibers. It will never wash out, fade, or lose efficacy for the entire lifespan of the garment.

How does the antibacterial protection actually work?

The silver-ion polymers embedded inside the yarn create a continuous, invisible shield. It actively kills 99.9% of odor-causing bacteria on contact. It keeps your uniforms fresh, hygienic, and completely odor-free through grueling 12-hour shifts.

Will these scrubs shrink or pill over time?

No. We personally torture-tested our prototypes through relentless, back-to-back industrial wash and dry cycles at home. The premium long-staple yarn completely resists pilling from seatbelts or friction. The fabric matrix is fully stabilized to guarantee zero shrinkage and zero color fading.

Do I need to iron them?

Absolutely not. The fabric is engineered with natural wrinkle-resistance. Pull them straight out of the high-heat dryer and they are instantly ready for your shift with a crisp, professional drape.

Have these been tested in real clinical settings?

Yes. Our final fit, pocket placements, and fabric comfort were physically wear-tested and validated by active medical staff on live US hospital floors.
